Jerry R. Clark, MD, FASA, FASE, MS-HQSM is a cardiac anesthesiologist with 20 years of experience employed by several academic medical centers. With over 40 years of experience in martial arts and 10 years in the military, he has trained soldiers and students to succeed physically, mentally, and spiritually. His background includes sports medicine training, traumatology, and critical care and instructs Tai Chi Chuan (Yang style), street self-defense/rape prevention and mixed martial arts. He currently holds the rank of lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. I have had the pleasure of training with Jay at KORE for the last ten years. As a physician in the military, he has helped me recover from previous athletic and military training injuries. Jay’s unique style of blending strength training, aerobic and endurance exercises, and stretching with full range of motion practices has improved my overall strength and performance, enabling me to recover from a devastating knee injury in the army and to pass the Army Fitness Test after a total knee replacement in my mid-50s. No matter your age or fitness level, Jay can design a program that will make you healthier, stronger, and more functional, improving flexibility and stabilizing muscles for balance. I highly recommend KORE OTG for all your fitness needs.
– Jerry R. ClarkHi, I’m Dr. Jennifer Hunter.
I’ve spent my career helping both people and animals feel and function their best. I’ve studied at Cal Poly, Southern California University of Health Sciences, and completed advanced training in animal chiropractic. Over the years, I’ve worked with so many different techniques—from traditional adjustments to gentle, low-force methods—because every body is unique.
For the past ten years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Jay at KORE Training Studios and in the clinic. We’ve trained together, worked on clients together, and shared a passion for helping people move better and live healthier lives. I can tell you—his knowledge, his dedication, and his approach are truly something special.
That’s why I’m so excited about the KORE OTG app. It’s going to give people everywhere the chance to learn and train with the same principles that I’ve seen work time and time again. This is more than just a fitness app—it’s a way to help people stick with their training and actually see real, lasting results. I can’t wait for the world to experience it.
